I only have acad2000 and I need a 2d or 3d dwg of a person kneeling

files I found here:

3d-ergo-girl.dwg
man_52.dwg
man001.dwg
dynaman.dwg

will not load in acad2000

can anyone convert for me?

You can convert any DWG file to any format version with the free application Autodesk DWG TrueView (see Download and see the footnote in the Block catalog).
