I have created a library of 3D blocks that I have been using to create structures as a part of my work.  Until recently, I have been able to freely move, copy, etc. these blocks to various locations in model space.  However, in the last few days, I am only able to move these items in one plane at a time.  Apparently, one of the settings that control this movement has changed.  I have been unable to locate and correct the problem.  I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks!

Try setting your UCS to World.
