Hello,
 
 I have two dimension lines which do not show in the layout, but you can see them in paper space and plot them out?
 
Please tell me why if you can

Can you post drawing here.

Or use match properties to these Dimension lines.
Maybe should be a problem of your setup paper.

switch on/thaw all layers in your drawing the gost could be in one of the off/freez layers then you can select and delete it

You have anno. scale set to different values between the viewport and the model.  Check the viewport scale then go to the model.  Use Modify then Annotative Object Scale to get the scales the same.

THANKS FOR THE ANSWER EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY FIGURED OUT HOW TO FIX IT.
 
YOU MIGHT BE GIVE ME MORE TIPS ABOUT ANNOTATION SCALE.
WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO USE ANNOTATION SCALE, WHAT WOULE BE THE BEST WAY TO SCALE THE DIM OR TEXT?

Hello again,

I think that anno. scale is the best way to go when using model space and layouts.  If you don't use anno. scales then you will have to set up layers with dim. styles, text styles and leader styles, one layer per each viewport scale.  As you can see this can, and did in the past, get out of hand.  Needless to say the countless switching between layers with different styles is time consuming.
It is a good ideal to setup a template with the annotated text, dimention and leader styles that you want to use.  Make sure that they all have the the annotated switch to on.  Thats all there is to it.  Now, when you first start a drawing using the template just make sure the the scales are in the same in the model and the viewport of the layout.
