How to make a SHAPE from drawing entities?

A - answer Besides manually coding of shape descriptions in .SHP files described in the AutoCAD Customization Guide, there is also an easier way.

With the Express Tools utility MKSHAPE you can convert a block or other part of your drawing to the .SHP format.
