DWH files are log files of the DWGLOG function from Express Tools. These files contain logs of activity to the particular drawing - e.g. MyDrawing.dwh:

Closed by Vlada on VL800 at 10:21:54 on 10/24/2002
To get rid of them just delete these files and switch off the DWGLOG function (by not autoloading its .arx executable into AutoCAD session).
