If you are going to show someone how to do something it would be better to go slower, zoom in so we can see what you are doing and offer some narration rather than music.
I barely got through the first three minutes before I had to give up watching.

There is no need to apologize. Just work on improving your video techniques. If they are being made for entertainment then leave them as they are. If you are creating them as tutorials then they need some further refinement. No big deal; it ain't the end of the world.
