You're not sure?  OK....I'll pass then.  Anyway, I don't discuss prices in a public forum.  That's one reason why I emailed you but you never replied.

When you go looking for someone to do a job for you it pays to provide as much detail as you can about what will be provided and what is expected in return.  You never fully fleshed that out for us.  Were you going to do that on an individual basis, via email, as interested people made contact with you?

I'm sure Mr. Rydder will be able to provide you with a quality product in the event you change your mind and really do want/need some assistance but it does appear you are off to a good start so maybe you did "jump the gun" as you said.  Anyway.....

Good luck in your endeavor.

Texas huh?  I've got family in Midland, San Antonio, Wylie and Plano.  Only been there twice myself though and not recently.

John,

I'm not really sure. Maybe I jumped the gun with this post. I've done 2 today already. I have 12 more to do right now, and 5 of them are waiting for me to sign a contract. So what are your thoughts? What are you looking for? I just figured I could find someone that isn't too busy and we could work something out. The deal is I guess. Whoever it is will see I pay and if I don't the drawings stop. I don't want that. There are enough con-artist in this world. I'm not one. What's your price?

I recommend that you change that to p o o l t e c h 9 3 at g m a i l dot c o m

Why?  Bots collect email addresses then swamp your mailbox with garbage.

Next thing.  Tell us what you would provide and what you would expect to get in return.  Why here?  Because you only have to type it once and everyone gets the same exact information.

Don't keep us in suspense.  Do you need some help or not?

Well that makes two of us.  I spent eleven years doing surveying and drafting for a municipality.  I've branched out into many disciplines since then.

I'd be very interested in speaking iwth you about this. My background is surveying, so I cut my teeth in cad doing existing site surveys, mortgage plats, plot plans, and the like. I'm now a senior designer and Cad manager for a Civil/Structural/Architectural/Survey firm in New York. I know what you need, and have plenty of time to do it. Since I have a stable (very) job, the payment time isn't of a huge importance - although I do enjoy getting paid. I understand the workings, and how delays occur. Not too big a deal. If you like, let's talk.

Where did you go?

A sample plot plan I did over the summer for a deck.

I asked....where are you located.  And the answer is...?

I'm not sure there is a way to PM you and like me you have elected to keep your email private.

When would you reasonably expect to be on this site during the day?  Mornings?  Afternoons?  Evenings?

I'm usually on quite early in the day then not again until noon followed by 5:30 p.m. east coast time.
