You can try attaching the drawing to a subsequent post.  Or.....you can temporarily post your email address and I'll contact you after which you can edit the post to delete the email address.  It's up to you.

I have responded to your email.

I sent you an email with a question.  A reply would be appreciated otherwise I can't make much progress.

You might want to delete your email address from the previous post that contained it.

Update.

I downloaded and opened your drawing.  Once I acquainted myself with the contents of model space I closed it.  I started a new drawing, xreffed in your drawing and printed it.  All without any problem at all.  Either you did something wrong or we are talking about two entirely different things.  I won't know until you respond to my emails.

It would be most helpful if your responses were timely as I do have other, more important, things to do with my time.  Thanks.

After thinking about it I have an idea that what you did was xref the model space objects from another drawing into the template drawing that contains the title block and border and while looking at the layout you don't see the xreffed model space objects displayed.  Could that be what you are referring to?

I now believe the problem stems from the fact that someone decided to put the viewport on the Defpoints layer which AutoCAD users should know does NOT print.  This was done despite the fact that same someone (?) also created a Viewports layer but failed to utilize it for its intended purpose.

Do NOT put ANYTHING on the DEFPOINTS layer.  And as for the Viewports layer itself, set it to "no print" in the Layer Properties Manager which will NOT affect the display of the contents of said viewport.
