Is it possible to make xref of 1 cad file in multiple files in same time.

Yes aqeel222 xref are made for this.
You make a file to be used in different files and each time you update it, it will be updated in each file were it is xrefed.
Xref are great but you have to be careful not to rename tem, change the name of the directories, move them, etc...

sorry dear may be I did not explain my question properly, I like to attach xref in one shot to multiple files. suppose that I have 100 file and I like to attach sheet title to all of them together. is there any short way.

Yes, create and run a script that will batch process a folder full of drawings.  Each drawing will be opened, revised and saved as the script works its way through the folder until the last drawing has been revised.
