Hello Dery, it's not complicated :
-1- Do a 2D sketch.
-2- Do REGION of each "oil ring" facets in quantity one.
-3- EXTRUDE each facet.
-4- Duplicate each facet.
-5- Verify the connection between the facets.
-6- UNION all the facets.
-7- Verify the assembly
In any case do a copy of each of your 2D and 3D work in ortho mode ( F8 ) at a precise distance ( for example 200 mm ) at each critical time so that you can get back on it.

Sorry, I have this error message when trying to open the ACAD file from you:

Can you make it so that I can open it in AutoAD 2014?

Thanks

Hello dery, I have placed it in the CAD/BIM Blocks library in AutoCAD 2013.
It doesn't want to be inserted here.

Hello dery, I will take a look but it's not the way it looks on the first photo and not how oil rings looks.
If you want the 3D model you should give me ALL the other dimensions of that GIANT oil ring.
At a first glance I think that I will have to do a twised inclinated part to joint the dimension 10 and 20.
