I have tried everything I know but can't get my double click text edit to work anymore. The properties box pops up instead

You need to set DBLCLKEDIT to ACT, that's all

ACT? What is ACT?

The DBLCLKEDIT setting options are 1 or 0, or you can also set them ON or OFF.

Yes, you're right Cad64. That´s only a matter of translation between spanish and english versions of AutoCAD. I think you're clever enough to asume ACT=active. I forgot to translate active to ON.
