How do you rotate text in AutoCad 2010? When I try to rotate the text it doesn't change the angle it just changes the location, but the text stays horizontal.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hard to say without knowing more information..
-how did you try to rotate it, by clicking on with mouse and dragging?
-2 way I know of offhand are the "rotate" command, and the "properties" manager, where you'd edit the text angle.

I tried to use the rotate command and also tried to change the text angle in text properties, neither worked.  Also, when I try to covert to a pdf. the text shows up running verticle even though it is horizontal in auto cad format.

Thanks

Nice! I changed the text style from "Notes" to "Standard" and the text now rotates and plots correctly.  Thanks for the help!
