Autocad 2013 LT question:
When trying to do an offset command, I am able to pick the item, and when I try to select which side to offset to, a circle with a line thru it appears. Help please!!

What is the item you are attempting to offset?

Just a line?  Hmmm.  Did you check its properties?  Maybe it has a "Z" other than "0".

Can't be that -- Offsetting a Line with a Delta Z works for me.  Is it on a locked Layer?  Is it really a Line entity, and not [for example] a Block that contains the Line, or a Circle or Arc that you're looking at edgewise, or ...?
