Hello Luke23, you can contact Tadano directly, I did this once to get 2D AutoCAD file from them.
It was in 2012 for a TG500E and they asked me the serial number plate of it. I have placed the file in the CAD/BIM Blocks library : TADANO_TG500E.dwg It shows how I have worked the original Tadano file to do usable AutoCAD blocks + diagram.
