2012 AutoCad full and legal program.When I go to "HELP" and type in a question "example- paste" the question goes gray and does not work.It all worked last week and I have not changed anything.Wayne

Maybe it's a momentary glitch?Did you try shutting down then restarting AutoCAD?

Yes and reboot he laptop.Now it indicates 1. "server connection in unavailable. Not true, I am using it right now.2. Autodesk server is unavailable- used a backup laptop and it works.3. Proxy server is blocking Exchange. Not sur how to fix this.ThanksWayne

I am a stand along unit. And yet the laptop was connected to the internet so I can monitor my email as I work.
