Can I use two versions of Dynamo on the same PC?

A - answer Yes, you can have multiple versions of Dynamo installed on a single workstation. You can switch between the individual versions when running Dynamo from Revit - by clicking on the ribbon tab Manage > Dynamo you will display a dialog, where you can choose which version you want to run/launch:
