FATAL ERROR when launching Civil 2013 by double-click on a DWG.

AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 may fail when started by double click on a DWG file in Windows Explorer, Total Commanded or other file manager. Opening the same drawing via Open works fine. The reported error message: FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing ... or Error aborting or Exception in aeccpressurepipes.

Apply Service Pack 1 (or higher) for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013.
