If you want to repeat the last used command in Revit, just press the [ENTER] key - like in AutoCAD.

Another option is right-clicking in the drawing area and selecting the function "Repeat [commandname]" from the context menu. The function "Recent commands" also allows to repeat another command from the recent history of entered commands (max. 5 listed).

You can also assign the "Repeat Last" command to another custom keyboard shorcut (hotkey).
