Q - question

How to export AutoCAD drawing texts to Excel?

A - answer You can use the DATAEXTRACTION command to export contents of selected texts to XLS. Much simpler method is the Txt2XLS utility downloadable from www.cadstudio.cz/download.

Just AppLoad the VLX file and start the TXT2XLS command. All selected text are directly copied to a table in an Excel sheet. It will either launch Excel and create a new table, or insert the texts to the currently opened Excel sheet (starting in the select cell).
