How can I preset the page names when publishing a DWG drawing to PDF? I need to change the format "file name-layout name" to strictly a plain "layout", resp. to the page number.

Page names in a PDF file are dependent on the plot/publishing method. If you use the PUBLISH command and if you uncheck the option "Prefix sheet title with file name", all pages will be named just the same as the layouts.

And the layouts can be even named automatically by a given attribute in your title blocks (e.g. the page number) - see the Tip 11780.
