Q - question

Installation error: Product download consists of multiple files...

A - answer After you download a CAD product and attempt to unpack it, the following error is displayed:

Product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded yet.

If you have downloaded your software (from the students portal, from subscription center, etc.) using the "Browser download" method, multiple parts of the installation image/archive are downloaded at the same time. The full archive for unpacking is then combined from these separate parts. E.g.:

Autodesk_PRDSS_2014_Deu_Win_64bit_dlm_001_003.sfx.exe
Autodesk_PRDSS_2014_Deu_Win_64bit_dlm_002_003.sfx.exe
Autodesk_PRDSS_2014_Deu_Win_64bit_dlm_003_003.sfx.exe
It is possible that downloading of one of these parts is not yet completed, or you have not confirmed the "save to" dialog for one of the parts in your internet browser, or the downloading process was blocked by a pop-up blocker in your browser. Re-download the missing part. Or your internet connection was interrupted a some parts were not downloaded completely.

In case of problems use another downloading method - "Download Manager" or "Install Now".
