How to import material library from AutoCAD to 3ds max/VIZ?

A - answer If you need to read in material library from AutoCAD or 3D Studio/DOS (.MLI) into 3ds max 4 or Autodesk VIZ 4, you can use the free plugin MLI2MAX (can be downloaded from CAD Studio BBS or from http://www.habware.at/duck4.htm).
