	How to save Land Desktop 2004 drawing to the DWG 2000 format?
	You can either "Export" your drawing to the AutoCAD 2000 format and loose the object intelligence or install the "SaveAs 2000 Enabler" (see Autodesk web site or Download to save all objects (surviving round-trip back to LDT2004).
