Daylight system rendering gives objects with over exposure or too dark scene.

You have to adjust the exposure in the radiosity rendering.
In the Radiosity dialog (Rendering/Radiosity) click Setup under Exposure control.
There are four exposure control types:

Logarithmic Exposure Control - good for scenes with a very high dynamic range.
Linear Exposure Control - best for scenes with a low dynamic range.
Automatic Exposure Control - sets exposure automatically from a histogram of a rendered sample.
Pseudo Color Exposure Control - a lighting analysis tool using pseud colors to visualize luminance levels.
