Normal lines and SHX fonts print light on DesignJet from Autodesk Express Viewer.

There are two options for making (plotting) DWF files from AutoCAD: DWF for viewing and DWF optimized for plotting. Recreate the complaining DWF file with DWF optimized for plotting.
