	This is a conflict with hardware drivers: close MS Media Player, update your drivers for ZIP drive or other removable disk drive The reason can be also in a collision with system software - Intel LANDesk Manager, Unisys AutoMate, Kaspersky or TEGAM ViGuard 2002.
