How to migrate your custom menus, toolbars and shortcuts to AutoCAD 2005?
A - answer The free application Autodesk Menu and Toolbar Porter (part of the Migration Tools) can help you in transferring/moving your customized menus and tools into the new version of AutoCAD or other CAD product of the 2005 or 2006 family.

For migration of AutoLISP utilities you can use the Autodesk Customization Conversion Tools.
