Error: undefined block *X0 while importing DXF

Blocks starting with an asterisk are so called "anonymous blocks" (unnamed) used by AutoCAD for hatches, dimensions, ASE and other internal operations. Your DXF file has probably incorrect format - fix it and repeat the DXFIN command.
