One of the less known functions of AutoCAD is the ability to drag drawing objects using the right mouse button.

Select an object (or objects) using grips and drag it (not on a grip) with the right mouse button pressed to another place. When you release the button a context menu is displayed with options to Move, Copy or Paste as Block (or Cancel).
