Q - question

Filled region in Revit 7 does not cover the underlying geometry.

A - answer In Revit 6.x, the Filled region even with no pattern hides the drawing 'behind' it. In Revit 7, the geometry is not hidden (even when opaque is on).

In your Filled region use the "Solid fill" pattern and set its color to White.
