The AutoLISP function (rtos x 2 2) returns (e.g. for x=100) the value "100" and not the requested "100.00". The same applies also for the Diesel function $(rtos,100,2,2). Similarly, values in AutoCAD Properties palette (Ctrl+1) and in AutoCAD variables show no trailing zeroes.

The reason is the DIMZIN variable setting. Its value must be lower than 8 to display decimal numbers in full precision set in Units.
