Q - question

Make AutoCAD Mechanical hatches associative.

A - answer Unlike AutoCAD hatches, hatchures drawn by the Mechanical AMHATCH command are not associative by default.

To "repair" a single hatch, double-click on the hatch, OK the power-edit dialog and answer Enter on the prompt to select objects.

To set all newly created hatches associative, start the Options command > AM:Options > System > Acad/M > Hatch > set AssocitativeHatch to 1 (gen@Hatch@AssociativeHatch).
