Error when using Xrefs with multiple dots in file name.

A - answer If you want to attach or overlay several Xrefs with similar names containing multiple dots (e.g. AAA.BBB.DWG), you will probably get an error mesage:
  
Error: Possible circular reference to current drawing. *Invalid*.  
To avoid this problem rename the files.
