For linking attributes you can use a dynamic field for lookup values. In the BEDIT block editor set the attribute preset value for both attributes to a field Block placeholder > Lookup, in the lookup table set the predefined values.

After you insert such block and select its predefined values (blue triangle), both attributes are set to identical values. See an example of such block - AutoAtt in Blocks library > Popisky/Labels (this sample block also automatically displays the name of the layer it is inserted into).

You can also make use of the dynamic linking in the CADstudio LiveLabel utility.
