If your wipeouts or MText and Dim masks are printed or plotted as black rectangles, try to update your printer/plotter driver. Some older drivers do not support printing masks. You can e.g. try Windows system driver.

In PDF drivers, try to set the "Print as image" option.

You can also first publish your drawing to DWF and then print the DWF file from the DWF Viewer or Design Review.
