Oracle versions supported in Autodesk Topobase.
A - answer Autodesk Topobase 2009 now supports the Oracle database server not only in the "Oracle Enterprise Edition" version, but also in the versions "Oracle Personal Edition" and "Oracle Standard Edition".

Users of the Personal and Standard editions can use almost all functionality of Autodesk Topobase, except Jobs and advanced Oracle Spatial functions. Autodesk Topobase 2009 supports the Oracle Locator function, which is available in Oracle 10g and 11g in the Standard and Enterprise editions. For 3D functions in Topobase, you will need Oracle Enterprise Edition with Spatial 11g.

You can use either classic licensing of Oracle servers, or special Oracle licenses (ASFU) for Topobase.
