The geolocation LiveMap in AutoCAD 2014 is off scale.

A - answer You are experiencing an offset or wrong scale of the imagery brought into your DWG drawing with the AutoCAD geolocation function (LiveMap). A building footprint appears smaller or larger than the live map data.

Make sure you have choosen the right "Drawing units" and "GIS Coordinate System" in the Geographic Location dialog. Your DWG objects may use other units/scale or another CS.
