The CIRCLE command in AutoCAD has a "3 points" option for constructing a circle from three points, but the SPHERE command does not offer a corresponding "4 points" option by default. You must specify the coordinates of the center and radius of the sphere.

But you can solve this using a simple LISP utility 3Psphere which adds this construction tool to AutoCAD.

Download the 4Psphere from DL Download, load it into AutoCAD using APPLOAD and type the 4PSPHERE command. Now specify the four known points of the sphere (by pointing with osnap mode, entering coordinates, etc.). These 3D points must not be collinear or coplanar. The utility constructs a sphere passing through the four points and displays the value of the center coordinate and radius of the constructed sphere.
