How to restore arrow grips for arcs in higher AutoCAD versions? (for lengthening arcs)

This behaviour change since version 2012 is intentional. The new multifunctional grips offer more options for endpoints. This can be controlled by the variable GRIPMULTIFUNCTIONAL - set it to 0 to display the old stretch arrows on arc endpoints.
