When entering or editing angle dimensions or in other cases of entering angles in Inventor, you can use not only decimal angles but also the angular format degrees - minutes - seconds (DMS) - e.g.:

60°30'30"

Use the characters (delimiters) "°" (circumflex), "'" (apostrophe) a """ (quotes, double-apostrophe).
