Precision (number of decimal places) of coordinates exported in point files from AutoCAD Civil 3D can be set in the settings of the given format.

In the toolspace on the Settings tab, choose Point and in "Point file formats" choose the requested format, e.g. PXYZ. Right-click on it and choose Properties from the context menu - this will launch the "Point file format" dialog. In this dialog, click on the header of the X and Y columns (or others) and set the Precision field.
