Q - question

MText justification does not hold.

A - answer You have justified your MText to the right, to the center, or to a block (left-right) and you save your DWG drawing, but when you re-open it, the specific text is left-justified again.

This may be caused by saving your DWG file in an older file format version (e.g. from AutoCAD 2010 to DWG2004). Change the default file format to the standard (native) DWG format version - your MText alignment (justification) will be kept between sessions.
