My DesignCenter palette no longer displays the DC Online tab.

If your DesignCenter palette (Ctrl+2) in AutoCAD 2011/2010 does not display the tab "DC Online", please check whether this tab is not disabled in the CAD Manager settings. It is off by default.

Run Start > Programy > Autodesk > CAD Manager Tools > CAD Manager utility (CMcontrol.exe) and on the "DesignCenter online" tab enable the "DC Online" functionality. Restart AutoCAD.

If you have not installed the CAD Manager utilities, install them from your AutoCAD installation media.
