Make sure the appropriate option is checked for the given type of imported DWG objects:

Run the dialog "Options Editor" (Tools > Global options) and in the left tree go to File Readers > DWG/DXF/SAT. Scroll to the bottom part of the right panel and click the Advanced... button.

In the dialog "Convert Object Properties" then check the option Civil3D (or Architectural Desktop, Revit, CADWorx, AutoPLANT, or other application using special DWG objects).

Retry the import of your DWG file.
