Q - question

Numbered linetypes for line grids.

A - answer To create a rectangular grid consisting of numbered lines you can use the LTfly utility.

Download and run the add-on application LTfly (see Download) and created linetypes with the texts "0" to "9" in your DWG drawing. Use these linetypes to draw the rectangular grid/axes. You can also export these defined linetypes to a separate definition in a. LIN file - see the utility LinOut. An example of linetypes "1" to "9" from LinOut (lengthened segments) can be found in the file LTfly09.lin.

Other options for creating rectangular and polar grids with numbering are available in the utility DrGrid.
