Q - question

Will 3D Studio VIZ or MAX run under Windows 2000?

A - answer 3D Studio VIZ and MAX versions up to 3/3.1 were released before release date of Windows 2000 and they are officialy not supported on Windows 2000. Version 4 of MAX and VIZ runs on Win2000.
However, the older versions of MAX/VIZ seem to work fine under Win2000 - there are only some smaller problems like duplicate entries in font lists, problems in hidden-line renderer, Access denied errors with some plug-ins.
