Q - question

How to make a non-square viewport in AutoCAD LT?

A - answer This is not possible in plain AutoCAD LT. Either use the add-on "Xanadu LT Extension", or use a predefined template drawing. E.g.:

Open a new drawing using a template (Use a Template), select the template with the Browse... button, click on the earth icon (Search in WWW) and in the Look in box enter, press Open.

More options for polygonal and circular viewports ara available in the LT Extension.
