How to make a dimension with two different arrowheads?

A - answer
  1. Draw a plain general dimension
  2. In the selection mode, on the dimension, double-click on the "green ball" representing the arrow to be changed
  3. Choose a new arrowhead (or None) from the Change Arrowhead pop-up box
