EXPLODE, XREF and XBIND commands stopped working.

... and in all of my folders there are copies of the ACAD.LSP file You may be infected by the "ALS.Bursted.A" or "ALS.Bursted.B" ("ACAD/Bursted") LISP virus. It affects your ACAD.LSP and ACADAPP.LSP files. Update your antivirus engines.
