Q - question

Automatic Purge for nested blocks or other symbols.

A - answer If you have nested blocks or other symbols depending on other symbols in your drawing, you can purge their unused versions with a single PURGE command.
In the dialog version of the PURGE command check the 'Purge nested items' option. In the commandline version (-PURGE), purging of nested items depends on the 'Nested' value in Registry (key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R16.1\ACAD-301:401\Profiles\<< Unnamed profile>>\Dialogs\PurgeDialog - product codes may differ). This value can be also set (setting kept between sessions) easily using the Purge dialog - check/uncheck the setting and close the dialog with the Close button.
